Biography

Having been a member of several renowned Brazilian and international law firms and worked in both São Paulo and London, I decided to form my own law firm in June 2013 called Montgomery & Associados (www.montgomery.adv.br), which is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. In June 2023, to celebrate our 10th Anniversary, the firm rebranded to Montgomery. The firm offers a whole new concept of lawyering called Lean Full Service - LFS®, where each lawyer offers specialty services in two or three areas of law, to keep legal teams lean and efficient and overall cost in check, thereby allowing the firm to be much more competitive in an ever challenging and demanding market. In this context, Montgomery, which specializes in advising foreign clients in doing business in Brazil and Brazilian clients on doing business overseas.
