Biography

Mario Hoessl-Neumann is General Counsel at One Trading, a European crypto-asset exchange and the first regulated trading venue for crypto-asset derivatives in the EU open to professional and retail traders. Mario was part of the management team spinning off One Trading as a standalone business from Bitpanda, a leading European neobroker focused on a retail audience. Before that, he spent some time in Corporate/M&A and public takeovers and briefly as Assistant Professor for International Commercial Law at the University of Vienna, where he still teaches. He frequently speaks on topics of financial regulation, comparative law, DLT and FinTech.
