Biography

Cameron is an M&A and Corporate Finance professional and a partner and Head of Corporate Law at EY in New Zealand. He provides specialist advice on mergers & acquisitions, takeovers and equity capital markets transactions, including joint ventures, restructuring transactions, financing, IPO's and corporate governance. Cameron prioviously worked for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London advising clients on complex cross-border transactions, including senior secured credit facilities, leveraged finance / HY bonds (144A / Reg S), spin-offs and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to his legal career Cameron was an international athlete, completing at the Olympic Games and World Championships.
