Biography

Nicholas A. Dorsey is a Partner at Cravath and Co-Head of the Venture Capital & Growth Equity Practice, where he dedicates significant time to providing commercial and strategic advice to startup, early‑stage and founder‑led companies and investors in such companies. He has extensive cross‑border experience and counts multiple international companies and financial institutions among his diverse client base. Mr. Dorsey has been recognized for his work by Chambers USA, Chambers Global, The Legal 500 US and IFLR1000. He has been named to Bloomberg Law’s “40 Under 40” list and was named the “Equity Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year” by IFLR1000 in its United States Awards and a “Rising Star” by Law360.
