Biography

Tássia Sodré is a Legal Officer at PILnet. She has a background in international human rights law with focus on the protection framework of forcibly displaced persons and has worked for international organizations and the United Nations in humanitarian emergencies settings in Latin America. Tássia holds an LLM from New York University School of Law and an MA in refugee protection and forced migration studies from the University of London. At PILnet, her work focuses on advancing access to justice and strengthening civil society resilience in Latin America by fostering collaborative efforts between legal pro bono professionals and the non-profit sector.
