Biography

Thomas K Svensen is the Managing Partner at BAHR. He works mainly with clients in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors representing both Norwegian and international companies. He has previously worked with the Attorney General’s Office (civil affairs) and as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He has been instrumental in many of the largest and most prominent energy and infrastructure related transactions in Norway the recent years and is significantly involved in handling governmental relations. He is also involved in sector specific dispute resolution and was admitted to litigate before the Supreme Court in 2002.
