Biography

Juan Manuel Iglesias Mamone has extensive experience in comprehensive tax advice. He regularly advises clients on Argentine taxation and international transactions, including restructurings, non-residents’ investments in Argentina, foreign Argentine investments, among others. He has experience in tax litigation at the federal, provincial and municipal level. Juan Manuel is partner at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant and Manager in the International Tax Services department at Ernst & Young Argentina (2015-2018). Formerly, he was an associate at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno in the Public Law and Business Regulation and Tax practices (2011-2015).
