Biography

Carol Zhu is a partner of labor and employment law practice group in Zhong Lun Law Firm. Carol’s practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment-related matters, including helping clients on establishing and enforcing HR policies, advising on employee information protection, hiring and termination, employee incentive program, confidentiality and non-competition, employee data compliance, mass redundancies, labor dispatch and outsourcing, cross-border employment issues, labor dispute resolution, employee transition issues in mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, trade union matters, collective bargaining, global mobility and immigration, investigation into employment related misconducts and training, as well as due diligence of HR compliance. Before practicing in law firms, Carol accumulated about ten years of experience working as head of HR in Asia and China for several international companies, where she was responsible for employee relations and general legal matters.
