Biography

Rita Zanforlin is a senior attorney at The Nature Conservancy’s Latin America and the Caribbean Legal. She a Brazilian attorney with more than 20 years of experience in assisting clients in transactions in Brazil and internationally involving regulatory, contractual, finance, and corporate matters. Rita is also a certified conflicts mediator. She is admitted to practice law in Brazil and in New York and holds an LLM degree in International Legal Studies from the New York University School of Law, and a master certificate in Economic and Business Law from the Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil).
