Graduated from :Harvard Law School, LLM 1990, Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne 1989 and Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (Graduated Magna Cum Laude 1987). Professor of Commercial and Economic Law for undergraduate and graduate programs at Universidad Católica Boliviana, is author of several international publications, and participates in international conferences of corporate and ESG matters, foreign investment in Latin America, mining and sustainable development. President of the Harvard Club of Bolivia (2014-2022) Specialised in corporate and commercial law, M&A and international transactions, joint ventures, banking and financial law and mining law, Dr. Quintanilla has participated as consultant to several law drafting projects, including the Stock Market Law and the Laws of the Central Bank of Bolivia.
