Biography

Juan Pablo defends sovereign States before international courts and tribunals, and helps them secure their public international law interests, as an International Associate in Foley Hoag, LLP (Washington DC). He has experience in a wide range of industries and legal areas, including foreign investment, border disputes, mining, energy, law of the sea, environmental law and international security.
