Biography

Begoña is a Deals partner with PwC, sought for her M&A background to provide advice on acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers in Latin America. During her 20+ years of experience in deals, Begoña has been a senior advisor to more than 200 M&A projects, mainly in the financial services sector. Begoña has been PwC’s Inbound Business Center leader supporting business development efforts in the Hispanic market. She has been a leader in multiple offices around the world (Madrid, Mexico City, Miami and New York), where she has developed an intrinsic knowledge of M&A, working with key players in these markets. Begoña has a BA in Business by the Universidad de Navarra (Spain), holds CPA licenses in the State of New York and Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She was awarded with the 50 Most Powerful Latinas prize by ALPFA.
