Biography

As Managing Director of SNOW ARCHITEKTUR, Thomas Krämer's mission has always been to further develop the company and it’s values. The responsibility he feels towards the conservation of natural resources and his relationship to the use of natural materials in architecture are undoubtedly characterised by his career. His focus is on harmonising ecological, social and economic aspects as well as on concentrating his company SNOW more and more on conscious building. Education: After graduating from the HTBLA Hallein for construction technology with a specialisation in timber construction in 2009, he obtained his Matura (Austrian A-Levels) in the same year. He then studied architecture at the University of Innsbruck from 2010 to 2014 and successfully completed his bachelor's degree in April 2014. Since then, he has continued his studies in the Master's degree programme in Architecture at the University of Innsbruck. In May 2014, Thomas Krämer was awarded the title "ING." and just under six months later he passed the master builder examination. In May 2017, he passed the examination to become a property trustee - property developer and in April 2021 he qualified as a property trustee - estate agent. Professional background: He began his professional career with various internships as a joiner, carpenter, plumber and bricklayer from 2005 to 2010. He then spent the following two years working as an employee for a timber construction company. In December 2012, he founded the SNOW collective and started his own business. In February 2016, the SNOW collective was reorganised as an engineering office and in June 2019 as S.N.O.W. Planning and Project Managing corporation. Thomas Krämer established the property development company IMMO.SNOW in 2016. In 2019, he opened the SNOW ARCHITEKTUR branch in the Austrian federal state Kärnten. The following year, he founded the property development company KP20 GmbH and realised the "Lebe'oetz" apartment building. In 2022, the SNOW Interdisciplinary corporation with a civil technician was founded to strengthen SNOW's competition department. At the same time, 3NOW Real Estate corporation was founded, which specialises in property development and brokerage.
