Biography

I have grown up believing in the power of connection among people, in growth through dialogue, in sharing thoughts and experiences, in facing challenges, and in gaining awareness through the discovery of others’ points of view and beliefs. From 2000 to 2015, I practiced as a lawyer specializing in EU law and economics in international law firms in Rome, Brussels, and New York. In 2015, I moved to Turin and joined Italgas Group as Head of Legal Affairs. From September 2022, I have been serving as Head of Europe Legal and Antitrust Lead at Iveco Group. I currently manage an international team of legal counsels based in different EU countries, dealing with various business and legal systems. During my in-house counsel experience, I have supported business units in managing risks, implementing antitrust compliance programs, and driving changes. I have been appointed Digital Ambassador dealing with digital innovation and best practices, ensuring the use of technologies, and developing a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes and tools. I have also been appointed DEI Ambassador to promote the implementation of DEI programs. I am a mentor in national and international women's development and empowerment programs, such as the STRADA Program (https://stradawomen.eu/program/), author of scientific publications, and a speaker at conferences and postgraduate training courses.
