Biography

Erika Collins is a partner at Faegre Drinker where she chairs the International Employment Practice Group for the firm globally. She advises multi-national corporations how navigate, understand and comply with non-US labor and employment laws. She works on office openings, restructuring projects, hiring and termination of executives, cross-border M&A and investigations as well as Global Diversity Programs. She has been practicing international employment law exclusively for over 25 years and was recently named International Employment Lawyer of the Year for Private Practice by The International Employment Lawyer. She has done projects in over 150 countries and feels strongly that the range of human behavior will never cease to amaze her!
