Biography

A partner in the Montreal office of Fasken-a Canadian law firm with offices across Canada and in the UK and South Africa, Peter advises listed and private companies on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements and ESG matters. Peter is ranked in several publications including Lexpert Canadian Legal Directory for Corporate Finance and Securities, ESG and Mining; Best Lawyers- Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law and in IFLR 1000. A graduate of McGill University in Montreal (BA in Honours Economics) and the McGill Faculty of Law, Peter is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Law Society of Ontario and was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his service to the community.
