Diana Imbach Haumueller

Biography

Dr. Diana Imbach Haumüller is a Swiss Lawyer specialised in financial market law and compliance matters. Diana has been working for several years as an attorney at law in international law firms in Switzerland and Australia (2006-2012). Since 2022 she leads the Legal & Compliance department of Helvetia's Group Asset Management in Basel. Before joining Helvetia Group, Diana was the deputy CEO and Head legal & regulatory affairs of the Asset Management Association Switzerland (2014-2022). Previousely, she had been working for the State Secretariat for International Financial Matters SIF (2012-2014). Diana holds an LL.M from the University of Sydney, Australia and a doctorate in law from the University of Zurich.
