Biography

Umurbyek Osorkhan is currently Head of Legal Department unit at Mobicom Corporation LLC, a subsidiary of KDDI Corporation Japan, since April 2019. He was Joining in 2007, he has worked in Mobicom in different positions starting in Admin division as an in-house legal counsel and then moving to Japan for an 8-year period. In 2016 he re-joined Mobicom as Board Secretary, to be followed by a 3-year period as a Compliance officer and deputy head of corporate audit and risk management division, where ensuring Mobicom's internal control Risk management related issues. In 2019, he moved to Corporate Regulation and Legal team to becoming Head of the Legal unit in January 2020. He holds LLB and LLM from Ankara University, Law School and Kyushu University, Law Faculty and a master's degree in business management by Kyushu University business school.
