Biography

Andrea Maria Casu has accumulated 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, working for companies within the Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, and, more recently, the Fashion industry. After earning a Master’s Degree in Law from the Catholic University of Milan and admitted to the Bar in Milan, he worked as in-house legal counsel for major multinational corporations such as Hutchison Whampoa Limited and Ferrero Group, covering a range of activities from business development operations to compliance and intellectual property protection. Since joining VF Corporation in 2007, he has developed the international legal department and led transformative legal strategies. Specifically, Andrea played a pivotal role in managing the legal aspects of major corporate restructuring and M&A operations for VF Corporation, expertly guiding strategies for the group’s numerous brands. He currently holds the position of General Counsel EMEA & APAC and manages an international team of 25 people, spread across offices in Switzerland, China, and Singapore. Andrea is fluent in English and enjoys traveling and trekking in his free time.
