Biography

Roberto Armelin has been Executive Director of ESG, Risks and Compliance at São Paulo FC since January 2024. Before that, he was Legal and Compliance Director of São Paulo FC from January 2021 to December 2023. He holds a LEC/FGV Anti-Corruption Compliance Professional Certificate (CPC-A) and has led the implementation of the Tricolor Integrity Program (PIT) since January 2021. Roberto is the Founder of the Movement for Integrity in Football, which began in February 2023. He is a member of the Culture of Integrity Committee of the UN Global Compact Brazil; the Good Governance in Sport Committee; and the Environmental, Sustainability and Social Responsibility in Sport Committee of SIGA Latin America (Sport Integrity Global Alliance). Further, he is a member of the Committee of Good Governance in Sport of the SIGA Sport Integrity Global Alliance.
