Biography

Francisco R. Nuñez is a partner at Milbank LLP based in New York City and a member of the firm’s Corporate/M&A Group. Francisco regularly represents acquirors, sellers, targets, investors, boards of directors and special committees in complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, equity investments, joint-ventures and other corporate transactions. Francisco’s clients include public and private companies, private equity firms, asset managers and hedge funds. Francisco has experience on a broad range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, aviation and finance. Francisco obtained his LLM degree in 2008 from New York University School of Law (where he received the Arthur T. Vanderbilt scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship awarded on the basis of outstanding academic merit) and his Abogado degree in 2005 from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
