Biography

Cathalijne van der Plas is partner at a boutique law firm JahaeRaymakers in Amsterdam. She conducts an international practice that consists for the main part of international judgement enforcement, the execution of letters rogatory and civil asset tracing & recovery. She combines practice with academia: for two days a week she holds a position as full professor in private international law at the University of Leiden.
