Biography

Frances is a Partner and Guernsey Advocate in the Corporate team at Mourant. With over 20 years' experience, Frances's practice covers a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, finance and investment funds, insurance, listings, regulatory advice and restructuring. Prior to moving to Guernsey in 2005, she spent seven years working with Allen & Overy. Frances is ranked Band 1 in Chambers UK 2024 and listed as a Leading Individual Legal 500 UK 2024
