Biography

As President and Chief Administrative Officer, Nicole McNeill is advancing the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation as a leader in property market expertise in Ontario and around the globe. Nicole has close to 25 years of experience in the private and non-profit sectors and a passion for building diverse, high-performing, engaged teams. At MPAC, and in all her roles, Nicole is a strong advocate for equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism. In addition, she actively encourages a focus on mental health throughout the organization. These values underpin Nicole’s devotion to cultivating a healthy work environment. Nicole also champions mentorship programs and has been a mentor in the Top 200 Management Program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) since its inception. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Elexicon Energy Corporation. She also chaired an IT Advisory Panel as a Board member for the Canadian Urban Institute.
