Biography

Mattias Larsson heads Fylgia’s Corporate and M&A team and is active in private M&A, in particular within the technology-, life science- and industry sectors. Mattias is regularly working together with his large international network of law firms. He has vast experience of managing and advising his clients together with his team throughout the entire transaction, both from the seller side and the buyer side.
