Chetan Rao
Biography
Chetan Rao is an Indian Revenue Service officer with extensive experience in tax administration, tax evasion investigations, economy diplomacy and international taxation. Till recently he was Indian delegate to the OECD Working Party 1, the OECD Task Force on Digital Economy, and part of the Indian team negotiating the Two Pillar solution to address the tax challenges arising from the digitalization of the economy. Presently, he is posted as Commissioner of Income Tax (Transfer Pricing) in Delhi.
