Biography

Alex is a Managing Director at Arcus Infrastructure Partners. Arcus is an independent infrastructure investor and fund manager with a focus on the European mid-market. Alex joined Arcus in 2019 as Senior Legal Counsel, providing legal advice and participating in deal execution across Arcus’ business, including M&A, financing, asset management, fundraising and fund formation. In addition, Alex leads Arcus’ Co-Investments Team, a cross-functional team responsible for executing and managing co-investments into Arcus-managed assets. Prior to joining Arcus, Alex was at Freshfields in London, where he worked on a wide range of cross-border corporate, finance and capital markets transactions. Alex holds a BA (Law) from Oxford University and completed his Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School. Alex is a solicitor, admitted to practice law in England and Wales, and Greece as a member of the Athens Bar Association.
