Biography

Cara Griffiths is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and a senior member of the GP Strategic Capital (GPSC) Investment Team. Based in London, Cara is an investment committee member and has responsibility for strategic projects and partner transactions relating to equity capital markets, as well as coverage of GPSC’s relationships with investors and alternative asset management firms across Europe and Southeast Asia. She also leads the production of market-related and thematic private markets reports, leveraging the unique insights GPSC has across the alternative asset management universe. Before joining Blue Owl, Cara was a Managing Director at Bank of America, where she led the high growth corporate broking team within the European Investment Bank and was a strategic equity adviser to Dyal Capital (now GPSC). Cara began her career in the UK corporate finance team at Investec Bank. Cara received her B.A. Hons in Modern History and Politics from Oxford University.
