Biography

Dominik Kallweit is Head of Corporate at the global Legal and Patent Department of the international semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies, where he is responsible for Commercial and Corporate Law, Capital Markets Law and Finance Law, as well as the Corporate Office, which supports the Management Board and Supervisory Board. His team is also responsible for Corporate Governance topics and the Annual General Meeting including interaction with major investors and proxy advisors as well as the regulatory aspects of sustainability issues, particularly in the area of sustainability reporting. Before joining Infineon Technologies, Dominik Kallweit advised on Corporate Law issues in a large international law firm both in Germany and China. Prior to that, he also worked as a judge in Corporate Law.
