Biography

Graduating in Law from both the University of Florence and the Sorbonne in Paris, she specialized in Intellectual Property Law in Paris and later in New Technology Law in London. Since 2011, she has practiced as a lawyer, focusing on legal matters related to digital technologies. In 2019, she served as a legal expert and DPO on the Digital Team at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. Since July 2019, she has been the General Counsel of PagoPA S.p.A. In 2023, she co-founded AIRIA, the International Association for Artificial Intelligence Regulation, a think tank aimed at fostering constructive dialogue on various AI-related issues.
