Biography

Mustafa is a International Operations Director at Diales and is part of the senior management team responsible for Diales’ operations in the Middle East and the wider region. He has over 20 years industry experience working for internationally recognised firms in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Mustafa holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is a RICS Registered Expert Witness and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mustafa has extensive dispute resolution experience including claims preparation and claims defence, negotiation/amicable settlement, formal proceedings comprising of conciliation, expert determination, arbitration and litigation, and has acted as a quantum lead in various high-value and complex contractual disputes. His main sector experience includes oil and gas, power and energy, infrastructure, buildings, aviation, hospitality and healthcare.
