Robert W Schulz
Biography
Robert Schulz is a seasoned Construction Director currently leading efforts at Saudi Arabia Parsons on King Salman Park in Riyadh, the largest urban park in the world. He holds master's degrees in Project Management from Northern Arizona University and in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London. Robert's diverse career includes roles such as Commercial Manager for AWS in the Americas and Senior Construction Manager for Amazon’s last mile and middle mile programs in North America. His extensive international experience includes serving as Contract and Commercial Director for Alstom on Riyadh Metro Rail Lines 4, 5, and 6, along with significant projects in Abu Dhabi’s MASDAR City, Doha’s Education City, SSR Airport in Port Louis, Mauritius, and Pervari Dam in Ankara, Turkey. He also dedicated five years to managing U.S. Military housing projects in the Hawaiian Islands.
