Biography

Jean-Sébastien assists clients in all fields of civil and commercial litigation, with a strong focus on international disputes, and advises companies as well as States and para-statal entities. He developed a specific expertise in disputes relating to the enforcement of Judgments and arbitral awards, with a track record of such cases involving international sanctions’ issues. Jean-Sébastien notably represented before French courts the Libyan sovereign wealth fund in a decade-long enforcement dispute, and has been involved in disputes involving Russian sanctioned entities. Jean-Sébastien authored the France chapter of the IBA guide on enforcement against sovereigns.
