Biography

Daniela is Partner of Ughi e Nunziante studio legale. She deals with litigation and transactional activity in connection with Intellectual Property Rights, Media and Technology Law. Over the years, she has acquired a specific expertise in the legal issues related to the digital business and digital content, where IP Rights and Media Law meet Technology and Advertising Law: from content licensing, on line and data driven business, e-commerce and web marketing, to fake news and on line reputation, Artificial Intelligence projects and legal assistance in relation with Apps, Platforms and Social media. Daniela is an officer of the Technology Law Committee of the IBA, member of AIPPI copyright working group, member of CRINT (International Relation Committee) of the Milan Bar.
