Biography

Michael Bültmann has been Managing Director of ABB E Mobility GmbH since February 2024. As Head of External Affairs and Sustainability he is also managing ABB E Mobility’s global external affairs and sustainability strategy. For the last 10 years, Michael was Managing Director of HERE Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Berlin and Vice President External Affairs. From 2008 until 2014, he was Managing Director and Spokesman of the Management Board of Nokia GmbH in Germany. Prior to that, Michael Bültmann worked for Nokia in Germany and France in various roles since 2001. Before that, he held several leadership positions for companies in Germany and France, providing legal counsel for matters in Germany and Europe. He also worked as an attorney in Berlin and Paris and as a lecturer for international business law at the University of Lüneburg. Michael is active in the leadership of many associations and organizations, including serving on the advisory board of the MDS (Mobility Data Space) in Munich and leading the board of trustees of Schüler Helfen Leben.
