Biography

Guillermina Ester is a partner in Pérez-Llorca’s Arbitration and Litigation practice area. Her practice is focused on civil, commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration. She advises and defends the interests of both national and international clients on complex pre-litigious and litigious matters (before tribunals of all instances and in arbitrations). Guillermina’s practice covers a wide range of conflicts such as those arising from contractual disputes (relating to joint ventures, sale and purchase agreements, distribution, construction and EPC contracts, and price adjustments), corporate litigation (such as directors liability or shareholders disputes), unfair competition and banking litigation.
