Biography

Jevan Neilan is a partner at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP, a leading Irish law firm, and has been serving as the Head of its San Francisco office since 2022. With a keen understanding of the complex legal landscape surrounding technology, he specialises in helping the world's most prominent tech companies navigate EU data regulation and investigations. Jevan works closely with clients to develop pragmatic and commercially-focused solutions to their most challenging technology law issues. Jevan acts as counsel for many of the West Coast’s best-known internet services companies — including consumer tech, AI and social media — and advises Product and Legal teams on both sides of the Atlantic. His focus spans a range of tech law issues, including data privacy, content regulation, and AI. With Ireland serving as a strategic hub for global tech companies, Jevan also helps US-based tech businesses scale and internationalise their operations into European and EMEA markets.
