Biography

Roland Marko specialises in data and tech law. He has a strong track record in data protection, data privacy and cybersecurity. He also has solid experience in IT outsourcing, software and cloud solutions. He represents companies in court proceedings and before the authorities, with a focus on mass claims, privacy litigation and defence against GDPR fines. He publishes and lectures in Austria and abroad on data and tech law, and compliance.
