Biography

Andy Smetana is a Partner in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP’s Austin office, where he focuses on corporate, securities, and technology transactions. This includes representation of technology companies from inception to exit, helping them navigate fundraising transactions, strategic relationships, and M&A transactions. Andy also represents venture and private equity funds and public companies. With over 20 years of experience helping founders and investors, Andy is focused on executing on transactions designed to promote innovation.
