Biography

Anat Holtzman is a Managing Director in the Legal and Compliance Department at Carlyle. As Head of Fund Formation for Carlyle's Global Private Equity segment, Ms. Holtzman advises on fund-raising, new product development and other investment management matters. Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Holtzman was a Senior Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where she advised sponsors of private investment funds on all aspects of fundraising as well as regulatory and corporate governance matters. Ms. Holtzman received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
