Biography

Graham Lane is a partner in the Restructuring Department and Co-Chair of the European Restructuring Group at Willkie Farr. He advises stakeholders in all types of restructuring and insolvency matters, with a particular focus on complex cross border projects. Chambers UK (2025), Chambers Europe (2024) and Chambers Global (2024) rank Graham as a leading practitioner in the area of Restructuring/Insolvency. Some of Graham’s recent notable mandates include advising the ad hoc group of holders of €1.4 billion senior secured notes issued by Lowell Group on its comprehensive financial restructuring, and acting for Lifeways, one of the UK's largest care home providers, on its holistic restructuring including a precedent-setting Part 26A restructuring plan.
