Stephanie YEO is a Partner at WongPartnership LLP. Her main area of practice focuses on developing innovative and comprehensive solutions for clients who are navigating stressed or distressed situations or considering event-driven opportunities. She advises boards and private equity funds on matters involving stressed and distressed portfolio companies and subsidiaries and strategic exits, disposal of business units and/or major assets as part of corporate and debt restructurings as well as other corporate governance issues in distress situations.
