Advising the largest international and Polish companies in labour and employment law for 30 years. A leading employment lawyer in Poland. Fiunder of "Raczkowski", a leading Polish law firm for People & Culture. Past Chair of the European Employment Lawyers Association. Member of the IBA, American Bar Association. Member of the American Employment Law Council, the most prestigious American organization of employment lawyers. Also member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Founding member and the first Chair of the Employment Committee of the Warsaw Bar. Also a past member of the Steering Committee of the International Forum on Employment Law, the Founder and the first Chair of the Employment Law Association in Poland. During his studies, he served as Vice-President of the International Board of the European Law Students Association (ELSA) and President of ELSA Cracow.
