Biography

Marie-Stephanie Schweizer is an experienced employment law and HR advisory expert with a strong background in international mobility, compliance, and M&A integration. As Employment Advisory Manager at Mondi AG, she leads strategic employment initiatives, ensuring compliance and best practices across global operations. Prior to Mondi, she practiced employment law at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, advising clients on contracts, disputes, and corporate restructuring. Admitted to the Austrian Bar, she holds a law degree from the University of Graz and has further honed her expertise through executive programs, including the Women's Leadership Development Programme at the University of Oxford.
