Biography

I have over 20 years’ experience as a specialist employment lawyer, with a particular focus on international employment law. This experience has been built over a career working in leading global law firms, in-house roles, and law firm start-ups. As of June 2024, I am a Partner and international employment lawyer in the London office of Pierson Ferdinand LLP I am a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and a frequent speaker on international employment law matters at conferences such as the IBA, ACC and law firm annual conferences. I have been recognised in Chambers & Partners as a leading individual and included in “Who’s Who Legal 2024” as one of the world’s leading employment lawyers. In Legal 500, I have been recognised and described by clients as "an inclusive manager who wants to develop and upskill his team" and by others as "experienced and providing expert advice."
