Emily Schultz
Biography
Emily Schultz provides global employment law advice/counsel, drawing on her in-house experience for Silicon Vallely tech and other F500 clients in the US and abroad. She excels in not only identifying problematic issues but also proposing process improvements and proactive solutions. Emily also conducts complex workplace investigations involving a broad range of issues, including retaliation, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower claims, misuse of corporate assets and conflicts of interest. She handles highly sensitive investigations involving corporate executives, significant financial losses, criminal activity and the media. In addition, Emily provides investigation training for small to large organizations, from developing an investigation playbook to implementing a full service investigation program. She is an Alumnus of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), and an Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Certificate-Holder. Emily graduated in three years from University of California, Davis with High Honors and received her law degree from the University of Santa Clara School of Law.
