Biography

Omar Fatemi is a seasoned lawyer specializing in Labour Law, Litigation, and Sports Law. He regularly advises major international companies, providing comprehensive legal assistance tailored to their business needs. A member of the Casablanca Bar since 2007, he holds a PhD in Law from the University of Montpellier (2013). His academic background also includes a Master II in Maritime Law from IAE Perpignan, a DESS and DEA in Business Law from the University of Perpignan, and a Master’s degree in Private Law with a specialization in Insurance Law from Hassan II University in Casablanca. He is also a founding member of the Moroccan Association of Labour Law (AMDT).
