Biography

Dr. Mirko Sickinger is a partner in the Cologne office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. He advises on transactions with a particular focus on listed companies such as IPOs/reverse IPOs, secondary offerings, bond placements for SMEs, public takeover bids and PIPE transactions, many of them with cross-border implications. Mirko has extensive experience in: Mergers & Acquisitions, Financing, Corporate and Capital Markets Law He has been recommended in the fields of “Banking and Finance Law” and “Capital Markets Law” in the German edition of Best Lawyers 2023. He has received further recognitions by LEGAL 500 EMEA 2022, kanzleimonitor.de 2020/2021, Chambers Europe 2022, and Best Lawyers 2023. Dr. Mirko Sickinger regularly publishes articles and gives presentations in his areas of expertise.
