Biography

Valerio acts Director of Legal Services for Contracting supporting Italy and Eastern European countries. Valerio’s main activities include negotiation of complex outsourcing, Saas, Paas, Iaas and Eaas agreements, software development agreements and support to M&A transactions. Valerio manages a Team of 29 people. Valerio also worked 1 year in Amazon EU Sarl being part of the Kindle Legal Department. Valerio’s activities included drafting and negotiation of content acquisition for the launch of localized Kindle store both in Italy and France as well as advise on on Consumer, Environmental and Data Protection law in relation to the sale of the Kindle devices. Before the in-house experiences, Valerio worked 6 years in Baker & McKenzie where he was a member of the Information Technology and Telecommunications Practice Group. Valerio is admitted to the Italian Bar and got an LLM degree from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, London.
