Craig Thompson

Biography

Craig has over 30 years' experience as a Corporate/M&A lawyer in London and internationally. He is a senior partner at Mayfair firm, Forsters LLP and is the firm's International Development Partner. Craig’s clients are diverse and range from small start-ups to household names. Craig has experience of many sectors including technology, media, corporate real estate, industrials (such as steel) and transport (airlines and automotive). Many of his clients' transactions have an international focus. Craig is recognised as a 'Top Recommended Lawyer' in the Spear's 2025 Corporate Lawyer's Directory.
